Avvio attività pomeridiane classi prime scuola secondaria
Ai genitori degli alunni delle alunne delle classi prime sc. secondaria
Gent.mi genitori,
dalla prossima settimana hanno inizio le attività pomeridiane che fanno parte dell’offerta formativa dell’Istituto, per questo le assenze devono essere giustificate tramite registro elettronico come per qualsiasi altra attività didattica. Le attività pomeridiane sono gestite dagli insegnanti dell’IC oppure da esperti esterni con la presenza di un docente.
Quando le attività iniziano nel primo pomeriggio, alle ore 14:00, i ragazzi e le ragazze possono portare da casa un pasto che consumano con i compagni in classe o all’aperto se il tempo lo consente con la sorveglianza di un docente e rientrare a casa direttamente al termine dell’attività e per l’uscita utilizzano l’ingresso solitamente utilizzato per l’ingresso al mattino.
Se l’attività è prevista dalle ore 15:00 invece gli alunni e le alunne tornano a casa e rientrano per l’attività entrando dal cancello utilizzato per gli ingressi del mattino.
Prego i genitori di fare attenzione agli orari perché possono cambiare a seconda della classe di appartenenza.
Al momento siamo in grado di fornire il calendario fino alla fine di novembre.
